Posting as I feel I actually can't cope any more with them...
I am 35 weeks pregnant with my 1st and as expected the breasts have been growing along with the bump. However they're now at a stage I just can't cope with!
I'm usually a size 10-12 with 32F breasts. Most recently was measured as 34H. I'm also very short. This means that top of bump rubs up against underside of boobs and they irritate each other. I'd normally wear quite structured bras but have been trying to stick to non-underwired while pregnant. Upper back pain is now really bad, have self-referred to physio but not heard back. Itching on boobs and bump is also really bad but my LFTs are normal so I've been told it's just skin stretching nothing systemic.
Can anyone recommend a supportive but non underwired bra that will keep my boobs separate from the bump without irritating the skin!? And anyone recommend anything for the skin irritation? I've been using aveeno under the boobs which does help the itching but I don't want it to be too "wet" in case of skin infections.
Argh help. And they will go down, won't they...?
