Boob changes

I've had a bit of growth in my boobs , I'm usually a small B and now up to a C or D. But my boobs haven't really gotten fuller. They always have a sort of triangular pointy shape. Not like a tubeular boob (saw that online) but more like a cone IYSWIM. I thought they would get more round in pregnancy. Will I be able to BF my baby or is there something wrong? I feel like they are ugly and worried they won't work for BF. Really feeling quite low as also asked DP and he won't tell me if they look alright-which makes me think he doesn't like them anymore or maybe never did Sad

I’ve gone up at least a few cup sizes and only feel fuller now in the last few weeks. Don’t worry about being able to BF I had J cups last time and managed!! Boobs come in all shapes and sizes and women feed with all types.
Your boobs will change a lot after birth and throughout the time you breastfeed. I went back down to my previous size after breastfeeding DD. Try not to worry about how they look now!

My boobs Bebe changed at all in any of my pregnancies and stayed the same until my milk came in a few days after birth and I haven't had any issues with bf

Never changed at all that should say

Any size/shape boobs can feed a baby! Not saying its easy, but the size and shape of the boob is not a factor. How many weeks are you? You may have time to develop and a C/D cup is big compared to little me. Mine have grown although I have one that's much more developed than the other and do worry that I'll only have one working boob, but I'm sure this isn't relevant.

Thank you, I hope I can feed my baby. Worried that my shape means not enugh tissue to make milk. A bit skint now and will only be worse during mat leave so worried about buying baby milk. And that I won't be able to BF and Bond and be a bad mummy.

As long as you don't have the tubular boobs the shape won't make a difference. My breasts are kind of long rather than wide if that makes sense. They're also nearly at my knees after 4 babies. My nipples point down rather than forward like the nice breasts you see on tv. None of that makes a difference. People manage to bf babies with al sorts of different breaths. You may need to experiment a bit with positioning when baby arrives and some people need to hold the breast or put a Muslin or something underneath to get their nipple in the right place. You'll get lots of support and reassurance from midwifes etc in the hospital and if you don't ask. If you're still worried after you go home with baby ask to see a lactation consultant. Most sure start centres run bf groups which you are welcome to go to while you're still pregnant too.

You'll be fine! Shape and size doesnt matter when feeding.

I had tiny A cup pointy boobs pre pregnancy and only went up to a c cup. I breastfed without issue.
