Can you travel in your first trimester? It’s only a 3 hour flight

Yes you can. Just drink plenty, wear flight socks and move about. I went on holoday at 9, 19 and 26 weeks with no problem. If you suffer from morning sickness beware that flying could set it off, I used those travelling armbands but not sure if they helped! X

I did a 12 hour flight at 8 weeks. I was bloated as hell but survived.

I travelled to the states at 8 weeks. Move around a bit. Compression socks. Plenty of fluids. The morning sickness is horrible so bring plastic bags in case of turbulence because you wont be able to get up off the seat to use the bathroom.
