First sickness now leg cramps...give me strength!!🙄🙄

As if the constant nausea and sickness wasn't enough I've just got to the 14 week mark and been up all night screaming the place down with the most horrific leg cramps I've ever experienced!! My legs actually still hurt today!!! It's one thing after the other! 26 weeks to go!! 😂😂

Ahh I get this. It's awful, isn't it?

I read that it can be caused by dehydration, so try to drink a bit more water and see if that helps :)
