I was just wondering when you start to feel movement. I am almost 19 weeks with first baby. I can't decide if I can feel movement or not. I know it may still be too early as it is my first but what do the first movements feel like? It sort of feels like a pulse in my lower abdomen.

Around then.

This is my third I'm 21 weeks and I would say it's the last 10 days I've felt actual kicks and identifiable movements from holding my hands on my tummy to.

It can take a while to realise that what your feeling is movements- Certainly did for me Blush

I felt the first proper movement with my first when i was at my 20week scan and the sonographer pushed on my belly, after that i knew what it felt like and felt them more often.

My first I felt very early at 16 weeks with consistent small kcks and flutters throughout the days but nothing on the outside until I was about 23weeks
The first time I felt her, it almost like somebody was inside doing a little somersault and swirly, fluttering movements. Difficult to explain.
This time it's very very early at 14/15 weeks and I can feel actual kicks every nowand then and just lumps moving when I put my hand over my belly when I lay down. No flutters or swirls this time like I was expecting first.
What your probably feeling will most likely be your baby, I second guessed myself for the longest time until I realised that if I've never had the feeling before, it's most likely going to be babe.

Mine felt exactly like a pulsing feeling which I started noticing sporadically from about 18 weeks. By 20 weeks they were much more often and by 21 weeks was no mistaking definite kicks/rolls

I’m 16 weeks with my second and have been feeling flutters for a couple of weeks. I was 18 weeks with my first when I was certain what it was.
