Hi been trying for a baby . I had unprotected sex and been having extremely bad nightmares come out the blue to the point I wake up in the night and can't get back to sleep ? Sounds werid but could it be a early sign? Don't want to get my hopes up but seems strange x

My first symptom right from conception was suddenly having extremely vivid dreams (and constipation 😂😫) . Some of them were normal, some more nightmarish . Happened every night during my ttw. Woke myself up sobbing from a dream the day I got my bfp!

So maybe! Is it unusual for you to have vivid dreams?

Good luck! Do post again with your result !

Xx

I'm nearly 18 weeks and have had vivid dreams on and off throughout my pregnancy. They are mostly not very nice but it's something to do with pregnancy hormones so could very well be an early symptom.

@MELISSA2808 when can you test?

MELISSA2808 · 07/09/2018 07:28

No can't test yet another week to go yet . I'm really impaitent and want to know lol

I had terrible dreams of literally killing people with knives, guns etc ... think it was the protective mother in me coming out!

flumpybear · 07/09/2018 07:50

... but haven't actually killed anyone now in real life since having my children .... yet 👀🤪

BillywigSting · 07/09/2018 07:53

I had really horrible vivid nightmares when I was pregnant, the kind where you wake up crying. I've never had dreams anything like them before or since so could definitely be a sign, especially with the achy boobs (do you get achy boobs before you're due on though? I do so I'd dismissed it as just that for a couple of weeks)

Good luck op, fingers crossed for you

MELISSA2808 · 07/09/2018 08:18

I don't normally get achey boobs when I'm about to come on noramlyl just bloated . I just have the feeling I'm pregnant I don't know why but I just do!😍😁😁😁

I got my bfp this week and I knew a week ago I was probably pregnant as I started having the dreams and insomnia.
I've had them vividly with every pregnancy I've had so I knew straight away. I didn't have any other "symptoms", still had pms type moods as I would pre period.

MELISSA2808 · 08/09/2018 22:31

So today I've been moody most of th day ugh! Pretty certain I am pregnant I just have that feeling . Really want to take a test but haven't been the full 2weeks yet ugh!! X
