I received a matB1 certificate from my midwife yesterday. I don't work, but dh needs to send it off for Paternity.

My question is, on the certificate it asks to fill in Name, Address, DOB & NI number. Who's details are those meant to be, mine or dh?

Definitely yours! It’s your maternity. If you were working you’d be sending this to your employer too.
