Ok I'm still in shock I was pencilled in to have the coil fitted next week but Have been feeling a little nausea this week so thought I'd do a test to check. I've not to my fiancé yet as I only found out this morning I am very happy as I've alway wanted by a big family but my dd1 is nearly 3 and my dad 2 is 14 months how will I cope I'm so scared ! I also had gestational diabetes the sending time so will I be ok still doing my exercise ? Any one been in a similar position .
