14 weeks - not feeling pregnant?

I know I sound ridiculous,I had a scan at 12 weeks showed everything was fine. Baby was well
But Saturday evening I felt weird I couldn't sleep, and then I woke up and I just don't feel pregnant? I can normally feel baby flutter about but haven't felt anything, and not showing at all. This is my second and with my first i had quite a defined bump by now. Midwife wed so I'll air my worries to her iust need to get it off my chest, OH thinking I'm being ridiculous which I probably am but has anyone else felt like this around this time?

I had no signs of a bump nor did I feel glitters with any of mine till I was about 16weeks, each pregnancy different thou. Baby just could be keeping still a lot as one of mine did a lot throughout the pregnancy. Just share your concerns with midwife hun.hope everything go well for you hun x

I remember feeling like this with my daughter at 4 months into the pregnancy. I just felt so ‘normal’ and not pregnant in the slightest. I actually went and bought a pregnancy test to make sure I was still pregnant!

I've just turned six weeks and have not been feeling very pregnant the last few days also. I went and did another test to see if the line got darker and did it quicker than when I found out ten days ago.
I've had no twinges and much less wind haha so I've been worried.
My mum said she felt totally
Fine with me though so maybe I just won't feel that different.

I felt exactly the same between weeks 14-19...all my morning sickness/first trimester illness had gone but I didn’t have a bump or feel any movement yet. Felt absolutely fine, it’s quite un nerving at the time!! I’m now 30 weeks and wishing I could go back to that haha! Enjoy it while it lasts!
