Eptopic?

Myself and my Dw are ttc
We are a lesbian couple and have a donor
We had a few donations last month and my dw was convinced she was pregnant
Isn't unusually
Her period is usually like clock work but after this donation she was nearly a week late
She was bleeding for six days quite heavy

We got all negative tests

We assumed she was wasn't pregnant

Then today her ovaries were hurting her and
She was in a lot of pain now she is bleeding again three days after she stopped bleeding

She has been like clock work her whole life of having periods so very unusual

Do we need to be worried ?

Is this possibility an ectopic pregnancy
I would say she'd be six weeks
She took another pregnancy test today
Again it was negative

We are confused worried

Any one give us help or advise

If she's in a great deal of pain get yourselves to the hospital an eptopic pregnancy can be life threatening. Usually pain is more on one side but if shes bleeding heavily and in a lot of pain she needs to be seen x

If she's in a lot of pain I would call 111 for advice. Sorry I don't have any better advice than that.

Call your local Early Pregnancy unit now and get her booked in for assessment and scan. Ask her if she has pain in her shoulder if she does A&E immediately. Good luck OP. X
