20 weeks pregnant and heavy feeling

I've had the odd aches & pains through my pregnancy so far but just as I've reached 20 weeks I've started getting a heavy feeling lower down like baby is pushing down. I'm constantly peeing like he's sitting on my bladder.
Is this normal??

I had this at 20 weeks with my first baby but not with the others.

Sometimes when he was feet down, he would kick so hard it would genuinely feel like his feet were coming out of my vagina.

I never had that with the others. Mind you, the kick on that child was ridiculous.
You could see the kicks at 15 weeks (I have a witness!) and he would kick for 23 hours a day. Only since I've had more children I realised how unusual that is!
