Hi all,
All day every day since the beginning of my pregnancy all I dream about is getting in my bed and getting some sleep. I'm so tired as I'm still in my first trimester and overcoming days full of nausea and pretending like everything's fine.
Yet, every night I get in bed and I'm wide awake, can't sleep at all, and then my body wakes me up about 5am even when I don't need to be up.
This is so random and unusual for me but it's also not helping the tiredness :( I can't nap throughout the day as I work a lot of hours, therefore things are just getting worse.
Any tips or advice guys? :)
