Supporting bump

I’m 19+3 with my first baby and really feel like I’m struggling to support the weight of my bump. I was quite slim before I got pregnant and towards mid afternoon into the evening my belly just feels really awkward like my muscles on all four sides are struggling to support it. I’m quite worried as I’m only half way through and worrying it’s just going to get worse as I st bigger. Does anyone have any way to help/ ease this? Thanks.

I've had quite bad SPD and separated stomach muscles this pregnancy (I'm not big either) and my physio gave me a tubigrip to wear over my bump, it's brilliant. I'm now 38+4 and it's still a big help.

You can buy belly bands to help support your bump. I also know people have used kinaesthetic tape on their belly for extra support. Check it out in Pinterest, loads of tutorials how to put it on xx

I am 32w and have had this feeling a few times, although I thought it was the ligaments rather than the muscles. It felt like overstretched ropes on all the sides trying to hold down a hot air balloon.
Each time, it passed after a few days. I assumed the ligaments had then stretched.
Might just be my case but I had quite a comfortable time of it between 20 and 30w. After that, everything hurts all the time.
I have a support belt for my back but I to be honest it didn't help much with this.

I bought a bump band from Mothercare - saved my life from 19-28ish weeks
