Feeling rough!

Just over 13 weeks today!
Had a lovely 12 week scan a few days ago and a very happy, active little bean in there.
But for the past few days I've been feeling so so rough. Ok, I've been on my feet a fair amount (resting now!) but I have been absolutely exhausted. I mean, completely wiped out. I've started to be a bit more careful with food (my iron intake hasn't been great) to try and make a difference.
However since yesterday I've also been having mild cramping in my pelvis. I went for a big walk with DH and the dogs (very normal for us and I did a lot of hill/mountain walking in first trimester) and I had to turn back after a mile as I was just feeling rubbish! It goes away when I'm resting though.
Not really sure what I'm looking for/asking for here. Just feeling a bit tired and miserable I think 😫.

Yes I'm 29 weeks and I keep having bouts where I feel so rough! Only have to be out of the house an hour and I can't keep my eyes open, it's either that or I feel so nauseous and uncomfortable. I can't explain it it's just basically rough Hmm😂

Ive spoke to my mam before about seeing all these women exercising (like weightlifting) during pregnancy, and she told me that if you did it beforehand, your body is used to it, so should be fine.

HOWEVER!! remember everyone is different, and making a baby is friggen huge! And will take alot out of you, im 17+4 and im more exhausted now than I was in my first couple of weeks, just felt nauseous at the start, now im falling asleep all the time, nauseous, loss of appetite! Its so fun... haha
Dont know if there was any advice in that... haha sorry if i just rambled for no reason!

I am 24+6 and I go through days of feeling fine to days where even the food shop tired me out. Finding on my days off I am having to nap but don't have the luxury of that during work days. My midwife said it's all normal to feel tired and uncomfortable.

Thanks guys. Yeah I was really active before I fell pregnant. It went downhill a wee bit in the first trimester (mostly due to sickness) but I still managed all the walks and stuff.
Can't believe how exhausted I am now!
Thanks all for making me feel a bit more normal ❤️
