Really swollen feet and bruised feeling inside bump - 35 weeks?

I am 35 weeks with #2 and have incredibly swollen feet! My trainers feel incredibly tight, I am normally a size 8 but even trying on a size 9 is still incredibly tight. My fingers are also swollen, I just don't remember it being this bad with my first baby?
Not to mention it feels like the inside of my bump is bruised at the top by the belly button and then at the bottom by the belly button as well. I do have obstetric cholestasis, but bile levels are under control with medication thankfully. Wondering if it's linked?
I am not suffering with headaches or strange vision, and had my BP checked on Tuesday evening during reduced movements and BP was perfect.
Anyone got any advice??

I'd ring the hospital midwife led unit as pain in top of abdomen and swelling are both a symptom of pre eclampsia. Its normal to have some swelling but if you have other probelms too it's better to be safe. Especially with pain in the top of belly. Hope all is ok!
