Hi all, I am really struggling with the pupps rash and I'm only 30 weeks. Have you got any suggestions on what I can try to calm it down, it's so itchy and hurts. I can't sleep and it's spread everywhere. I don't know what to do. The doctor gave me steroid cream but that's done nothing, I've tried some skin moisturisers from the doctors also but nothing is soothing it. I'm really struggling and cry every day with the pain.
