Lump in armpit

Ah, apologies, I feel I’ve been posted loads with silly niggles.

I’ve got a lump in my right armpit. It’s like a ball, hardish and about the size of a marble.

I’m 7 months pregnant. Googling it, it’s apparently quite common to get armpit lumps in pregnancy and nothing to worry about.

Many ladies out there had the same?

I had the same, but I had it checked out first by my gp and then a specialist. Mine appeared after I gave birth but a friend got one at about the same stage as you. It's most probably swollen breast tissue. But as with most lumps and bumps, I would definitely get it checked.

I've got one in my left armpit, same size but softish. I've an appointment at the breast clinic on Monday. I'm 99.9% sure it's fine but I've had it for about 6 months now and it's grown a bit do went to Dr who referred me to get it checked for peace of mind. (I'm currently 37+5)

Thanks both. I’ll get an appointment with my GP for piece of mind.

I had a lump in my breat many years ago that turned out to be nothing. Hopefully it’s a pregnancy thing 🙂
