This could end up long so I apologise in advance. I am quite worried and frustrated now so could do with some kind advice. TMI is included.
My last menstrual period was on 16.06.2018. I have had 3 negative home pregnancy tests. One negative urine test that the doctor sent off and one negative blood test.
Right up until Sat 25th August there was no sign of AF coming at all. But on Sat I had the tiniest amount of spotting on the evening after the stables with a mild cramp.
Then nothing at all, all day Sunday.
Monday 27th in the morning I felt like AF was coming and had cramps but by the afternoon it had gone.
Tuesday 28th I was absolutely fine.. nothing at all.
Wednesday 29th was the day of the blood test result and I woke up at 5.30am. I went for a wee and had some brown bleeding, very light. Thought AF had come, but it had stopped again by 8am. I explained all of this to the doctor when he told me the blood test was negative and he has referred me for an urgent ultrasound... I'm still waiting for the appointment. Wednesday evening after the stables the brown bleeding had started again but stopped by the time I went to bed.
I thought yesterday that I was starting to notice a bit of a pattern. If I went for just a wee and wiped it would come up clear with no blood, but, I have been constipated since (probably) Monday, if I strain and try to poo and then wipe there is then vaginal blood.
This morning I woke up with nothing again... went for my 2nd wee and nothing... tried for a poo and wiped and then there was vaginal blood again. This has happened again since also.
Other symptoms wise... my boobs ache at the mo and feel heavy. I have bad cramps in lower tummy and keep getting an odd shooting pain in my right side occasionally, just under last rib. I'm also weeing quite a lot.
As said above I am waiting for the ultrasound department to call me with my urgent appointment but can't help feeling worried in the meantime... is this some sort of weird period or what?
