Help.
I'm normally pretty bang on with what to eat and not...pasteurized and so on.

However I've bought some own brand supermarket ice cream (bubblegum)!... and the ingredients don't say anything about pasteurized or unpasteurized ingredients except.this Reconstituted SkimmedMilkConcentrate??? I don't even know what it means !!!

Can I eat my ice cream? Or am I not safe?

I am sick of ice pops!!!

Thank you :)

I'm not 100% certain, but I don't think they can sell unpasteurised milk in shops and supermarkets. I think they can sell it directly to you, but not as part of another product.

So I would eat the ice cream, personally :)

I’d personally eat it! Sounds pretty well processed - the skimmed milk used to make the powder that has been reconstituted will have been pasteurised in the first place so will be ok!
