Transverse at 30 weeks - advice? Experience?

My baby is transverse and I really want to flip it to avoid having a c-section. Any advice or experience ? I've looked at spinning babies and did the inverse position off the sofa this morning for the first time.

I am willing to try anything and everything to get it moving!

Lots of walking, swimming, follow advice from spinning babies. Plenty of time to get baby shifted - midwives etc start to get anxious from about 35/6 weeks!

My baby flipped just before 34 weeks. I was told not to worry until 36 weeks.

I noticed my baby seems to like changing position while walking for about 25 minutes even though my trip is longer.

Also while your baby may flip they may still be back to back.

Mine was transverse for ages. I can't remember when he flipped, but I remember being concerned and the midwives were very reassuring that it wasn't unusual. Spinning babies is an excellent resource! Do you have a birthing ball you can sit on when watching TV? Walking too!

Mine is transverse (I'm 30+2) and was told baby has plenty of time to move still Smile midwife will keep an eye closer to the time.

Mine was transvers at 30 weeks and is now head down at 34. Midwife wasnt too concerned at 30 weeks and just said that we would keep an eye on babys positition
