Moral - just because you feel like a milky coffee and a bacon sandwich, doesn't mean that you are not going to be as sick as a dog for an hour and a half afterwards.

I never drink milky coffess ffs!

Dare I go for a bikini wax this morning or will that just finish me off?

You may bruise quite badly if you have a bikin wax whilst pregnant as the blood vessels are so much more dilated.

darty · 06/06/2007 09:54

It is that or frighten away all the other swimmers

sausages and pink grapefruits were my real cravings with dd1

ooh how well do i know you?! well enough for you ot have my email or msn?

darty · 06/06/2007 10:08

The thought of a sausage at this precise minute is enough to make me retch.

bundle · 06/06/2007 10:19

then you need to keep your strength up...with a bacon sarnie

lou33 · 06/06/2007 10:20

bad bundle , BAD bundle!

bumperlicious · 06/06/2007 10:21

Can I ask that you don't post threads entitled bacon sandwiches? Just clicked on active convos and there it was. And now I'm going to want one all day and won't be satisfied until I have one. And I don't have any bacon. So I will probably have to go to the shops now, and not only will I buy bacon, but I will probably buy ice cream and/or chocolate too.

I hold you entirely responsible darty, and I might even report you to MNHQ for offensive thread titles.

RGPargy · 06/06/2007 12:03

I whole-heartedly agree with bumperlicious on this one. I now want a bacon sarnie and am in no position to get one. Plus i'm having a chinese with a friend tonight so cant even get one later.

Oh woe is me!!!

DruryLane · 06/06/2007 13:07

Hello all

Just been reading this thread (the subject just lured me in!) and I was wondering if I'm normal...I haven't had any cravings (I'm 21-22 weeks).

The most I've had is simply a need to eat erm...anything...along with total indecision about what to eat (I know - chorus - BACON SARNIE!).

Oh and total aversion to the cat food and DH's tuna sarnie preparation alongside my early morning cuppa!

Is that normal or will bump be just like me and DH and eat anything?!

lou33 · 06/06/2007 13:23

i still havent had one , but you all just reminded me

RGPargy · 06/06/2007 13:39

DruryLane - I've not had any cravings either, more a case of fancying something really!

marieg76 · 07/06/2007 09:49

Darty - just thinking about the waxing question. I went for one a few weeks ago (am currently 23 wks pg) and was left with ummm, purple bits for a while. My DH thought it was hilarious (I normally just look like a plucked chicken for a day or two). The bits were quite sore and ummmm, swollen for a day or two aswell.

mrsmalumbas · 07/06/2007 10:04

Oh god now I want a bacon sandwich too and I am not even pregnant!!

I have some Tescos Finest honey blossom bacon in the fridge and some fresh bread which came out of the bread machine this morning, I will put a bit of lurpack on it and some Heinz ketchup and I will be in bacon sandwich heaven..

So speaks someone who was veggie for 15 years before getting pg with DD1.

RGPargy · 07/06/2007 11:07

Damn you, MrsMalumbas!!!!!! That sounds really REALLY lush!!!!!!

GGRRR @ not being able to have a bacon buttie now.
