I’m almost 5 days overdue with my second baby, first son was born naturally at 41+5, I had a sweep today and am 1cm dilated but cervix thick and posterior, also baby is only 4/5ths engaged, am absolutely terrified of induction and also not wanting to miss my sons first day at school at which I’ll be 12 days over! Has anyone been in the same boat as me? When did your babies come if you were overdue with no signs of labour?
