I have a booking appointment next week so i decided to take a test this morning and the line is fainter than it was about 2/3 weeks ago.

Should i be worried?

Could be the hook effect.

Why are you still testing. You're pregnant. That's all the test can tell you. You're getting anxious about something the test can't tell you.

Pregnancy tests are not designed to tell you how pregnant you are, and the result could easily be affected by how much water you drank etc etc.

Hook effect. I had it with my first pregnancy. I’ve learnt and stopped testing at 5 weeks this time round!

I took soo many tests and until about 9ish weeks they were fine and dark. I then took one due to some bleeding and it was almost not there. Then I did another with it sooooo diluted and bam! Big fat line. Like others said, it's an effect that pregnancy tests can't pick up such a high concentration of hcg

Don't torture yourself, throw the tests away so you don't get tempted in future xx
