Hey everyone,

So before I found out I was pregnant, I suffered with kidney stones & then couldn’t have them treated because found out I was pregnant. I have had them in the past so I am prone to them.

Leading up to falling pregnant I was taking conception vitamins and then when I stoppped these my kidney stone pain went away. For the last few weeks I’ve been taking some prenatal vitamins with iron, ginger, vitamin d and folic acid. I’ve been in agony with kidney stone pain again. Anyone else found when they take prenatal vitamins and if they suffer with stones it makes them 100% worse?

Any advice would be fab...

You could take a supplement of just folic acid and vit D separately. You don't have to have all the other vitamins. No specific experience with kidney stones though.
