Good morning ladies! I am 8 weeks pregnant. Yesterday while I was driving home I had a sudden stabbing pain (2 sec) while driving, not horrible but it made me jump in the car. Mild cramping in the evening.... Last night I woke up at 4am with the worst cold/chills. I have a Fitbit and my heart rate has gone quite low. Should I call the doctors? So worried!
