Bleeding after sex - rhesus neg?

I'm not really in panic mode or anything I just wanted to check, I know spotting after sex is normal in 2nd tri and there was only a tiny amount so that's fine.

I was wondering do I need another anti d injection because of it? I've had one already on Monday because I had a fall, so does that cover me or do I need to call and get another jab? Or does it not even count because it's likely my own blood?

As far as I’m aware, I think the anti-d lasts 6 weeks but the only way to be sure is to ring triage x

Thanks I'll give them a call just to be safe x

What did they say? I have been told different things for this so would be interested to hear x

They said I don't need another injection. If I hadn't had one they would have been safe and got me in for one but it's a common thing in 2nd trimester
