Rescue remedy

Hello everyone,

Me and my wife were wondering if it's safe to use rescue remedy while pregnant? We have the bottle but no instructions, she is 11 weeks and getting leg cramps and ache's, or is there anything else that can help her sleep,

Google says it’s safe to use

As another option, I believe that potassium helps with leg cramps so if you have some bananas at home I would recommend eating some or making a nice smoothie.

@funcrazydad, the patient information leaflet provided with Metatone says to check with your GP before taking it when pregnant or breastfeeding.
