Hi guys
Please can you let me know if what I’m feeling is normal or should I be worried.
I’m 8 weeks 5 days pregnant, and today (the day my period would be due if I wasn’t pregnant) I’ve started getting the same stomach cramps that I get when I’m about to start my period, I’m getting the same pains in my thighs that I get, and feeling pressure down there. I haven’t bled at all. Haven’t spotted my entire pregnancy so far but I’m not sure if the pain is normal? My relatives say they have no idea as they’ve never experienced it before so I don’t really know :(
I had a scan at 7 weeks bbaby was perfect size, healthy heartbeat so I felt relieved but now these pains are worrying me. I still have my same sickness feeling and boobs still kill and I still feel knackered but I just don’t know if the period like symptoms is normal?! Let me know!! Xx

I have had period pains throughout the pregnancy so far (15 +2). They say it's just everything stretching getting ready for baby and making space. If it gets super painful, or you have any bleeding then I'd call your EPU, but sound totally normal to me 😊

Ok thank you 😊 I get so scared thinking it’s just me. So this had made me feel a whole lot better x

I'm in a similar position!! I'm 8 weeks 3 days..... I feel 'heavy' down there, and general very mild back pains and niggly feeling in uterus.... What I would describe feels like just before my bad cramps start for a period!!!.... I've had on off cramps during the past 8 weeks.... But not this heavy period type feeling. Xx
