I'm 18 weeks pregnant and already i can feel twinges starting in my lower back. Pre-pregnancy I did a lot of yoga and my lower back was always very precarious... I constantly have to pull my pelvis back so my lower back doesn't dip inwards and bend.
I can't imagine what it will be like when I have a big bump as it's still small at the moment.... has anyone tried pre-natal Pilates... do you think this would help? > I've been avoiding pilates as it's usually so much core work.
Or any other advice??
