Help - what is this?

Anyone shed any light on this - am 6 months pregnant and this rash has come up over the past few days. It's on both inside thighs on the fold near my vagina - it itches but that's it, no discharge.
Seems to have appeared since the UK hot weather, am I worrying over nothing or should I talk to my doctor. Or is it a case of moisturising and it will heal?

Could it be where your thighs are chafing? Maybe moisturise for a week or so and if it's still there go get it checked out

Looks like a chafing or shaving rash. It’ll probably clear up if you pop a bit of sudocrem on.

Could be a sweat/fungal rash. A bit of canestan anti-fungal cream might help.

Pop to the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for advice.
