37+4 now. For the last couple of days I've felt very 'damp' down there. It's only just occurred to me that could be my waters coming out in a slow trickle.

Anyone else had this? With dc1 it was a huge gush. Dc2 was an elective section and waters hadn't gone. So I really don't know. My bladder is weak so could easily be just wee also lol.

I went in and got it checked. It was wee in my case. There is a sort of test where you lie down for a while and see if there is a trickle when you stand up. I cant remember exactly but if you Google it, it should come up. It's probably wee but you should maybe get it checked.

Thanks I'll ring triage in the morning. I agree it's probably just wee also but I just started thinking maybe it wasn't....

I had this but it was my hind waters slowly leaking.
Give triage a ring now. Not sure what the system is where you are but here we ring the on call midwife via the switch board and they advise over the phone or ask us to go to the hospital for a check up x

Go and get it checked out. I had this with DD2 and stupidly waited 3 days before going in. I was convinced it was my bladder as her head was so far down she was practically falling out. I just went and bought some Tena Lady Shock

Turns out it was my hind waters leaking slowly and they gave me antibiotics and induced straight away when I finally went in to hospital. I was already 4cm and hadn’t felt a thing. Fortunately baby was fine and arrived 2.5 hours after first contraction and 1.5 hours after them breaking my waters which were still in tact despite the leak.

Go get it checked, I had it for 4 weeks, I kept asking my midwife about it but she wouldn’t check, when I went into labour I found out it was my hind waters, a lot of anti biotics and keeping her in to be on the safe side, I wish I had trusted my instincts!
