I'm half way through my pregnancy and have such incredibly sore nipples it even hurts to put on a bra. Has anyone else had this?! With my last pregnancy I had nipple thrush postnatally when I was breastfeeding and it kind of feels similar but surely you can't get thrush unless you're breastfeeding? Does anyone have any suggestions re treatment or do I need a trip to the GP?
