Hi just looking for some advise please

So l came off the pill as me and my partner want to start trying for baby number 2 , I had a normal period and my next period was due on 4th Aug, it didn't show. After 5 days of no aunt flow I done a test and it was negative , I waited 2 more days and tested again , still negative. I went to the doctors and had a blood test. On day 14 of no period I was convinced I had to be pregnant but that night I had some bleading. I went to bed thinking maybe it's spotting. It's the second day of bleading which is a very bright red colour. The doctors sent a text asking me to make an appointment to discuss my blood results but they can't see me until next week ! I am so confused and any advise would help x

Your cycle will be all over the place after coming off the pill.

It sounds like what you are experiencing is your period, just later than you expected.

Count the night of the bleeding as the 1st day of a new cycle.

The bleading has now slowed right down and is very light coloured. A noaml period for me would be 5 days not 2/3 x

The pill can and often does change your periods- duration etc
