Baby is extended breech at 34 weeks, should I be worried?

Hi,
I am 34 weeks tomorrow and I had a growth scan today which showed baby in the extended breech position. She has been breech since about 25 weeks now and I'm just worried because my first daughter was head down by now! I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this? And what type of delivery you had if they didn't turn?

I had similar worries and mine turned just after 34 weeks. I think there’s more room second time round so they can turn later! Lots of good info and helpful exercises on the spinning babies website.

They will try and manually turn baby first then if not they’ll book you in for a c section xx
