Weird spotting

So I had a miscarriage about two weeks ago well 15 days now. I had a complete natural miscarriage. I had spotting, went in for early scan saw no heartbeat but was left for a week before rescan so wasn't entirely sure, nevertheless it was completely gone when I went back. They said there was literally no trace left, that I was good to start trying whenever I felt ready. She was pretty honest and said emotional welfare aside we are told to say wait one cycle cause it makes it easier to date, but I'd need to come for early scans now anyway because I'm naturally high risk and have had a miscarriage. To be honest I had grieved for my baby with that first scan, deep down I knew and I spent that entire week on bedrest in absolute hysteria of crying. Now I don't think I was done grieving after a week but it's a process and I'm going to turn 35 next year, my daughter is a little past the gap I would like so now is the time. I said as long as we can talk about ttc and the lost baby without crying we're ok to start. So we began and I was told I'd ovulate more than likely 10-14 days after when I first had bleeding (guessing the baby had died before that point) so that was pinpointed as this weekend, meaning I was fertile fri-Saturday so we dtd now on Friday I had one episode of spotting and then today I have brown/pinkish spotting, only when I wipe. Surely it's too early for Aunt Flo, could it just be more ovulation spotting. Now reason I am convinced it's not AF is that I have always had the same periods since the day they began: 1. Extremely heavy bleeding, it doesn't begin with spotting it's just straight away needing a tampon..... 2. I have always (I mean every single period I have ever had) horrific cramps, they're so bad I'm curled up in a ball and the first period I had after my first born (which was just under four weeks after I gave birth) was just like all my periods horrible cramps and heavy. So this doesn't feel like that. But would ovulation bleeding happen a couple days after?! Of course it can't be implantation bleeding it's too early (although search hard enough on google you'll find it is lol). But see my partner said after we had sex on Friday and Saturday....you'll be pregnant soon! Now reason he says that is because when I stopped using the pill we were pregnant first try and the first time we had sex and I didn't clean up straight away and just ended my two years of infertility from my depo shot we got pregnant. The man has a scary high sperm count lol. Anyway any advice, experience I don't know anything here cause I really don't get this spotting.
