happened to me - went up half a size and they got wider too

When I worked in shoe shops we would often get women coming in asking for size 8/9's even 10's!

They all said it was through pregnancy.

Mine went up to a size 5 from a 4 / 4 and a half. It is swelling and the muscles loosening that does it.
The swelling goes down after the birth but your feet stay bigger

I went up a size from 4 to 5 in my last pregnancy, but afterwards I was lucky enough to go back to a size 4 again, within a few weeks of giving birth.

Sadly the same can't be said to about my tummy as it never quite shrunk back to being as small as it was before
