Implant in situ + pregnancy symptoms

Hi all, new to mumsnet however I have a few worries at the moment. I have nexplanon in and experiencing pregnancy symptoms...I know this is common with nexplanon however I have had in a year June just gone. I have noticed my pets and baby are being really clingy with me and acting strange, been ridiculously tired to the point I struggle to motivate myself and I always have regular cycles even with nexplanon (35days). Im also lile jekyll and hyde atm with mood. Anyway I had literally a tiny bit of pink discharge on Friday morning thought I was af was coming but nothing since??? At this point my cervix was low and hard but now it's very high to the point I can't reach it and cm is clear and stringy again. So confused right now could I be pregnant? I think my last period was the w/c 9/7 or 16/7 can't really remember as had a lot on. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms? Any advice is welcomed.

This is very very uncommon I've been told, but I fell pregnant on nexplanon, I had the implant in for 2 years and they couldn't explain why it had stopped working. Sadly I miscarried at 4-5 weeks, but apparently the chances of it failing are very rare.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that. Do you think I should test anyway just in case?

As suggested in your other thread, that's the only way to find out if your experience is due to pregnancy.

Yeah your right, just wanted to find out what others had experienced as didn't want to waste money however it'll put my mind at ease so worth it in the end I guess

I'm in a similar situation. But no cm .... tired thirsty, hungry all the time. Had one little clot this morning but no bleeding since. Mini cramps every now and then the past 2/3 days.

I was wondering if you tested and what happened?
