Pregnancy hallucinations

A bit of a random one.

I am interested to see if any ladies have had pregnancy hallucinations?

I’ve had them at night time, and they are v vivid. To the point I’ve reached out to try and touch what I am seeing.

The other night, it was a toy I had made for the baby floating in front of me.

They’re not scary though - always just random objects floating. Once a lizard running along the wall.

In the past when I’m v tired I’ve occasionally had sleep paralysis when I wasn’t pregnant. That was terrifying.....it would be a dark figure in the room.

Reading up, hallucinations happen between sleep and being awake.

To be clear - I know it’s just my brain processing something when I’m tired, and it’s not anything supernatural :). More related to vivid pregnancy dreams, which are quite common.

Just interested to hear if anyone has had this during pregnancy as it’s been a regular occurrence for me. I’ve not seen anyone post about it related to pregnancy.
