Sounds normal for the end of the first trim - i found I felt a lot better by 10/11 weeks.

Even not having sore boobs? i thought it was just the sickness that went?

agree sickness abating sounds normal

re sore boobs, it may just be because the weather is warmer - I suffered Nipple Agony when they got cold.

My boobs were mega sore at the beginning as I've always been small and they exploded out of nowhere very early on. Once the growing subsided a bit the soreness did seem to go. They weren't really noticeably sore till the end really. I did rub a lot of cream into mine throughout though as I got really bad stretchmarks on them so maybe that also helped the soreness.

Before i was having to wear i padded(and i mean super padded) bra just to get through the day before and now its fine, this is goint to sound wierd but ive been squeezing them and wondering where the hell the pain is??? i'm worried because ive miscarried twice before at 7 weeks then 8 weeks

I don't know what to say to reassure. It must seem like an eternity to your scan then. Thing is my boobs just didn't hurt all the time so I don't see it as a big deal but I can understand your worries about it. Are you experiencing anything else to suggest there might be a problem?

Princesspowersparkle · 04/06/2007 15:46

My boobs go through stages of hurting. They stopped for a while after about 12 weeks (unless it was cold and then boy did they hurt). They come back on and off now. Don't panic!

I've got yours too, mine are doubly sore this time round & although sickness finished weeks ago (hopefully not to return) my boobs have ached non-stop & I'm 17 weeks plus.

my boobs hurt up until week 10 then nothing, no pain now as well and im 29 weeks !! Never had sore boobs with ds either , until after he was born of course

sabinar · 09/06/2007 22:43

this is exactly what I was wondering! Mine have been really tender for about as long as I've known I was pregnant (I'm just over 9wks now)... and then a few days ago - gone. Boobs back to normal. Well... still bigger but the tenderness has gone (for now at least).

Glad to see others have had the same experience!

Wouldn't worry about them stopping being sore, lots of symptoms seem to get better/disappear after first trimester. I haven't had sore boobs at any time during the pg and I'm 19 wks. Felt sick as a dog till about 15 wks though. Different symptoms for everyone.

I agree with the others about cold and boobs.. Mine were never agony anyway, only felt mildly bruised, esp when I took my bra off in the evening, but during the cold, OMG the nipples were agony! Even now, if I'm in a particularly cold office or shop my left nipple starts to really hurt. It could just be a combo of end of first trimester and the warmer weather making your boobs less sore.
