I'm 13+3 and recently when I'm asleep I feel so blocked up that I can't breathe.

I've propped myself up, tried laying in different positions. It's causing me headaches too.

As soon as I'm up I'm fine.

Any suggestions?

I'd suggest having a steam before you go to sleep,
Boil some water in a bowl big enough to pop your head over, put two or three drops of olbas oil in it pop your head over and cover with a towel stay for around 10mins your nose should decongest and start to run this will clear your sinuses before you go to sleep x

Same. I'm only 5 wks but I have this issue now & then anyway...it can sometimes cause migraines.

Have you tried Vicks? Or nasal sprays/strips? After a quick chat with a pharmacist I found strips the most helpful, practically hold sinuses open!

Olbas Oil on your pillow or on a handkerchief. Or order Happy Nose and rub some on your nostrils - works a treat when I’ve had a cold.
