Vaginal pain in pregnancy

I'm 28wks pregnancy, 2nd child.
I have felt really unwell for the whole pregnancy with one thing and another, complete lack of energy, etc.
I keep getting recurring pain inside my vagina, if I walk even for short periods or even just standing sometimes. It gets increasingly painful until I rest which makes me completely useless.
I know I need to get out of this rut I'm in where I feel really low and I'm not doing any self care but I can't go for a walk or do any exercise/yoga when as soon as I try I'm in lots of pain.
Had anyone had this before or can advise ways of managing/easing the pain?
Thanks in advance if anyone can help x

I had SPD which made it very painful to walk and stand. The pain was pelvic and vaginal

Thanks for the reply. I just looked up the symptoms and I do have lots of pain in my hips when I'm in bed at night so I have to keep changing sides (I had that with the last pregnancy too). But I'm not sure about pelvic pain, I don't think I have that. Do you think it could be SPD?
