HCG level testing- am I miscarrying?

I was on cerazette for around 14 months whilst breastfeeding my daughter. I didn’t like it very much so when I stopped BF I decided I would come off it on the 7th of July. I felt truly awful for about a week after and decided I would give my body a break before deciding if I wanted to switch to another pill / contraception. I did not get a withdrawal bleed or any signs of a period and very naively we took the chance of not using protection somewhere between the 16th and prob the 25th of july. I started to feel a bit odd at the very start of August & did a test which was negative, I then had a bit of brown on the 5th of August (a line on a pad the whole day) and then nothing. I had put the used test in my drawer as I wasn’t sure if hubby finding it would be fun and went to chuck it out when I noticed the pregnant line was suddenly there. I thought it was prob a mistake but had another so retested on the 7th of aug and got a positive result. On the 8th I bought a clear view digital with weeks indicator which came up pregnant 1-2 weeks. I got major back ache a few days later and was worried about MC (never had one) and on the 15th did another which still said 1-2 weeks. I got really worried so made an app,Dr seem to think back pain was muscular and I hurt it but agreed to test my HCG. These were repeated today (approx 48 hours).my results were 60 test 1 and 105 test 2. He said they hadn’t doubled but they weren’t overly concerned it could just be a little low. I have to call the EPU Monday to book another blood test so they can keep an eye on me to determine if things are really looking ok or not. I am so worried. My levels don’t seem to have jumped up much but I have no idea when I got pregnant. The clearblue by not changing weeks after a week had already made me an emotional mess :( I haven’t had many symptoms other than being tired during the day & blue veins in breast and down from hips. Odd tingle in nipples but nothing of significance.i have the cold too so I actually just feel crappy in total.

Sounds fine to me. Only time will tell though.

I had to have the 2 blood tests after some early bleeding. It’s really horrible and stressful, so much sympathy.

The fact that it’s almost doubled does seem like a good sign, from my personal experience. A low reading can just mean it’s very early too.

Try not to worry about the Clearblue. The range for hcg levels on the sheet from the hospital with my results is 3-50 for week 1 and 50-500 for week 2! The urine tests work by detecting that level in your urine, so it’s perfectly possible for you to test twice and still get the same range of weeks.

Additionally, at 4+4 (1-2 weeks on a Clearblue), my reading was 97 but I got a negative on a urine test at the hospital. They’re not super accurate!

Thanks @Standstormbrewing

Aww thanks @lambdroid that is super kind of you to share. I am trying to be hopeful and keep busy with my little girl. I am so lucky to have her. The baby wasn’t planned but we would love to expand our family so hopefully it works out. Google is awful for terrifying people I was in such a state all week.
I will update xxx

Just an update to say I got bloods repeated today the midwife was so positive thinkjng it was a decent increase between test but sadly they barely increased today at all so unfortunately not a successful pregnancy. I go back Wednesday to check my levels to see if they have to scan me to make sure it’s not eptopic.
