I'm nearly 17 weeks and have had two episodes today whereby I've just been sitting down at my desk at work and suddenly out of nowhere my heart starts beating really fast for about 10 seconds, like my chest is going to explode, and I go really lightheaded and can't see properly. This isn't when getting up, just sat still. After about 10 seconds it goes away and heart goes back to normal but then I'm left feeling dizzy and shaky. I have a home blood pressure monitor and it was 97/55 this morning which is low-ish but not unusual I don't think. I'm on blood thinners because pre-pregnancy I was diagnosed with a potential clotting disorder. I also had an endoscopy 2 days ago but have been fine since until now.
Anyone else had this feeling? Part of me thinks I should phone the docs/midwifes and part of me thinks it is probably just normal pregnancy stuff, I also don't want to seem neurotic because I have had to call them a lot this pregnancy for other things and I want them to still take me seriously! Thanks :-)
