Hi everyone , title says it all really! I’ve had a really bad pregnancy from the start , sickness until 17 weeks , severely bad back from 14 weeks had tablets physio acupuncture nothing helps apart from being in bed lying flat.
Had to finish work at 26 weeks because back was so bad. I have zero energy just been put on iron tablets as midwife said iron very low, maybe this will help with my energy. Had pre eclampsia in last pregnancy so worrying about that aswell. Overall rubbish pregnancy can’t wait for baby to be here now !! 10 weeks feels like forever away.
Any suggestions to pass the time ?? I can’t go shopping as my back is in so much agony when I walk for over 20 mins so I can’t even go shopping 😢 online shopping I’ve been doing for the past few weeks!! Having deliverys are cheering me up a little, getting parcels for our new arrival. Not much else to buy now I have everything!!
So any suggestions on things to do would be great right now that doesn’t involve much movement!
Thanks !!!

Books, films, home manicure, online gaming?

Join your library, they will do ebooks and audio books online that you can borrow for free and listen to/read to your hearts content.

Pick up a hobby. I knitted like mad when I was pregnant, especially in the last few weeks. There are video tutorials online for any kind of hobby you want to do. Pick something that you've always fancied doing that allows you to sit comfortably and the hours will fly by.

Do an online course. Check out places like the open university and coursera.com who do free online short courses in all sorts of different topics.

Netflix. Nuff said....

Also a couple of things for the iron. Take your iron tablets with orange juice to help with iron absorption, and try and incorporate more iron rich food into your diet, veggies like broccoli and asparagus, and meat like beef steaks are all good. My midwife commented on how good my iron levels were at one point in my pregnancy because all I could stomach was steak and broccoli!
