Mucus plug

Hi
Not sure if my mucus plug has come out.
When I wiped this morning there was two jelly like lumps. They were a clear yellow ish colour no blood in it. Could this b part of the mucus plug?
Should I worry or just wait & see?
First pregnancy so not sure

It could possibly be! If it is there's no need to worry. I lost mine in little parts like that over weeks before baby came. For some people labour follows in hours or days, it depends but it sounds like you have only lost a little.

If you're worried, call your maternity unit and ask advice but I was told they couldn't really do anything as it wasn't an indicator that labour would be starting soon, it could still be weeks. Always best to call and ask if unsure though.

I'd call the Maternity unit, this happend to me at 32 weeks and they swab to check for amnaeotic fluid and if it's present will give you steroid injections to help with babies lung developments.
