Hello I'm new in here!
I'm at my first pregnancy and I'm just 18 weeks, I still don't have a baby bump, but I am a bit terrified of gaining lots of weight (i'm already + 7kg ).
I used to be quite active before (running, cycling, pilates etc), and now I'm only cycling to work 3-4 times a week.
I went swimming a few of times on the weekend, but I struggle to set up a routine as I'm always very tired after work (I tend to finish quite late, around 7 - 7.30 and all I want is to go home and eat
).
So, I found this Mum-Hood online classes (www.mum-hood.com/ )and they seem good, but I can't see any trial video or online review, so I wonder if any of you have been using? are they any good? Are they easy to follow and do at home?
I don't wanna waste my money on something I will never watch...
