Started raspberry tea,when to start gym ball?

35 weeks tomorrow and started on the tea,think it really helped speed up second part of labour just wondering when should I start on the gym ball? Should I wait another couple of weeks?xx

You can use a ball all the way through pregnancy to do pelvic tilts and other exercises.

There's no reason you can't start now... I did about this stage. I just sat on it whilst watching tele.

I read a study somewhere about eating dates in the last few weeks of pregnancy and that they also help with the second stage of labour.. I had a wry quick labour and had been eating 3 ten dates a day.. could also be worth a try!

Been bouncing around and doing pelvic exercises on my ball since 28 weeks (physiol recommended it for hip issue) I read the earlier you start the more it helps in labour as your body and muscles know what to do.
