Mother and Baby Unit St John's Livingston

Hi, was wondering if anyone had any experience of the above unit? Am currently in hospital for perinatal depression, and the (wonderful and kind) midwives here are currently fighting for me to be referred to the Mother and Baby unit in St John's in Livingston. I've read amazing things about it, but don't have any direct experience. Was wondering if any of you guys have?

I don't have any experience of the unit but NHS Lothian have made a virtual tour video that's on YouTube. I've watched it because that's one of my two choices of hospital and found it quite good to get an idea of what it's like.

Sorry just reread your post and realised the labour unit maybe wasn't what you meant.

Thanks @td89, but it's not quite the same. It's in the same hospital though. It's a perinatal unit for mums with mental health issues (inc. perinatal depression, which is what I'm in with. Thanks for replying though
