Cramps in second/third trimesters or early labour?

Tell me about your cramps, what is normal and what isn't? I'm 25 weeks, occasionally have some low cramp feelings (like day before period) a couple times each day for the last week or so. They don't last long and my tummy doesn't get tight, they're quite central and almost where my bladder would be, if that makes sense. (Recently had my urine checked and no infection, so not that.) Sometimes get better after a poo or when the baby moves, but sometimes just go away on their own or when I rest.

Had a bit of a google and apparently this is a sign of preterm labour? I was shocked as thought all sorts of growing pains were normal and not to worry about. Not sure if I should panic and ring the labour ward, anyone else had this?
