Can you take Pregnacare conception in early pregnancy?

Hi , I was wondering if I Can take Pregnacare conception in early pregnancy?
I am in early pregnancy and I used to have pregnacare for while then stoped last month when I got pregnant. Now I was thinking to have the remaining once as they are vitamins to improve women's health.. does anyone know?

I'm not sure if the quantities would be right. However, you should still be taking a complex containing at least Vit D and Folic Acid.

Yes. I think it even says so in the leaflet?

I did, in fact I took them throughout most of my first and second trimesters (I got three boxes on a special offer the month I then conceived). I never considered they might not be safe - after all presumably lots of people get pregnant whilst on them?

Yes, fine, they have the right amount of folic acid etc.
